I am happy to offer limited openings for sliding-scale rates for individuals who may not be able to afford the full cost of services. Sliding scale payments are an agreement between a provider and a client to pay a reduced rate for therapy. An Insurance Opt-Out form must be signed if paying a reduced sliding scale rate for therapy; sliding scale therapy payments are not eligible for reimbursement by insurance. A sliding scale fee recognizes the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist.
